Our Story
Bethel Christian Assembly was established on June 14, 2020 in Dublin, Ireland, under the leadership and vision of Pastor Anil Mathew. The church was founded with a deep passion to create a place of worship where people could encounter God’s presence, grow in His Word, and build a Christ-centred community.
From its humble beginnings as a small fellowship of believers meeting together for prayer and worship, Bethel Christian Assembly quickly became a spiritual home for many seeking to know Jesus and live out their faith in everyday life. The early days were marked by God’s faithfulness, unity among believers, and a strong commitment to spreading the Gospel in the city of Dublin.
In 2022, Pastor Anil – who faithfully led the church through its formative years – was called to move to Australia. His ministry left behind a lasting spiritual foundation rooted in prayer, love, and a passion for God’s mission.
A new season began in August 2023, when Pastor Biju Baby joined Bethel Christian Assembly and took on the mantle of leadership. With renewed vision and direction, Pastor Biju has continued to build upon the foundation laid before him, guiding the church toward greater spiritual growth, community engagement, and outreach.
Under his leadership, Bethel Christian Assembly has experienced continued growth, both in numbers and in faith. The church has become a welcoming family of believers from diverse backgrounds, united by their love for Christ and their desire to make a difference in their community. Malayalam and English Worship services, prayer gatherings, Bible studies, youth Sunday’s School and other various children’s ministries, and community outreach programs all reflect the heart of the church—to glorify God and serve others with compassion.
Today, Bethel Christian Assembly, Dublin, stands as a testimony of God’s grace and faithfulness. What began as a small vision has become a thriving church that continues to shine the light of Jesus Christ in the city and beyond.
As we look to the future, our mission remains the same—to glorify God, make disciples, and impact our generation with the love and message of Jesus Christ.
