Commentaries
- IVP New Testament Commentary 🔗

- Wesley’s Notes on the Bible 🔗
- Wesley’s writing and preaching were the start of the modern Methodist movement. He also refined Arminianism with an emphasis on the Reformed doctrine of justification by faith. Wesley expressed himself clearly, concisely and forcefully in writing. His written sermons were characterized by spiritual earnestness and simplicity.

- The Pulpit Commentary was first published between 1880 and 1919 and is a highly respected work written by conservative, trustworthy men. Containing over 22,000 pages and 95,000 entries, it is one of the largest and best-selling homiletic commentary sets of all time.
- Expositor’s Commentary 🔗
- The Expositor’s Bible Commentary (EBC) uses the New International Version (NIV) for its English text, but also refers freely to other translations and to the original languages. Each book of the Bible has, in addition to its exposition, an introduction, outline, and bibliography.

Bible Concordances
- Strong’s Concordance 🔗
- Strong’s Concordance is a Bible concordance, an index of every word in the King James Version (KJV), constructed under the direction of James Strong. Strong first published his Concordance in 1890, while he was a professor of exegetical theology at Drew Theological Seminary.
- Young’s Concordance 🔗
- Young’s Analytical Concordance to the Bible is a concordance compiled by Robert Young and first published in 1879.

It is useful to locate the towns, regions, rivers, seas and other geographical features that you read about in the Bible. It will help us understand the language of the Bible and appreciate the journeys undertaken by our Patriarchs, Jesus and the apostles.
